With over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, I bring a highly individualized approach to every session. I am able to quickly adapt and modify exercises when something feels too challenging or uncomfortable, ensuring that each person can work safely at their own level.

This approach helps clients stay consistent with their exercise routine while minimizing the risk of injury. Rather than stepping away from activity due to discomfort, many clients are able to continue moving safely and effectively—often using exercise as a way to improve how they feel.
