ONERO The Osteoporosis Program

Program Highlights

The Onero Program is a structured, strength-based program designed specifically for individuals with osteopenia and osteoporosis. With consistent, supervised participation twice per week, participants have demonstrated measurable improvements in bone density in as little as eight months.

This approach removes the guesswork from “weight-bearing exercise” by providing clear guidance on proper intensity, frequency, and safety allowing you to exercise with confidence.

While the program is highly effective for those with low bone density, it is also beneficial for individuals without osteoporosis. By focusing on overall strength, posture, and balance, it supports long-term health, function, and injury prevention.

What Sets This Program Apart

  • Safe and research-backed, even for those newly diagnosed
  • Can be performed with or without osteoporosis medications
  • Focuses on functional strength, fall prevention, and fracture risk reduction
  • Small-group setting that fosters support and accountability
